• Pickup orders: your name, phone number, the items you order, and any notes you add.
• Event enquiries: your name, phone number, event type, preferred date, guest count, and your message.
• Basic technical information needed to keep the site secure, such as limiting repeated form submissions from the same device.

We use your details to prepare and confirm your order, or to respond to your event enquiry, and to contact you about it. We do not use your details for marketing.

When you place an order or send an enquiry, the details are sent to the restaurant as SMS and WhatsApp alerts through third-party messaging providers, so staff can act on it quickly.

Order and enquiry records are kept in a database hosted by our technology provider. Your pickup cart is saved only in your own browser, on your device, so it is there when you come back.

We do not collect card or bank details on this website. You pay the restaurant directly when you collect an order or when you book an event.

This website does not use tracking or advertising cookies. The only thing saved on your device is your pickup cart.

We do not sell your information. It is shared only with the service providers we need to run the site and send the alerts above.

We keep order and enquiry records for as long as we need them to run the business and keep proper records. To ask what we hold about you, or to have your details removed, please get in touch.
